How quickly will I get a response to my inquiry?
Every technical inquiry receives an engineer-reviewed response within 24 business hours. The initial reply includes grade recommendation, technical datasheet, indicative pricing, and lead time. Sample requests are dispatched within 48 hours of qualification.
Can I request a free sample for evaluation?
Yes — qualified industrial customers can request a small evaluation sample of any standard grade (typically 250 g to 1 kg) at no cost. We require a brief description of your application and intended trial scope. Samples ship with the full Certificate of Analysis for the production batch.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard grades are available from 25 kg bags for trial orders. Industrial volumes are typically supplied in 500 kg or 1 tonne big bags, or in bulk for recurring contracts. There is no fixed MOQ for first-time evaluations — we will accommodate reasonable trial volumes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. From our Fujairah fulfilment centre we serve the entire GCC, wider MENA region, and select international destinations. Standard shipping terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF. Full export documentation — Certificate of Origin, customs paperwork, MSDS, and quality certificates — is issued at dispatch.
Are technical datasheets and certificates of analysis available?
Every grade is supplied with a comprehensive Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA). Documentation is issued in English and conforms to international ISO and ASTM testing standards.
Do you offer reactivation services for spent carbon?
Reactivation services are offered through our SorbiTech Group network on a case-by-case basis, subject to feasibility assessment of the spent material. Contact our technical team with details of your current carbon, contaminant load, and volumes to receive a reactivation evaluation.
How do I know which grade is right for my application?
Submit your process details through the inquiry form — flow rate, contaminant profile, target performance, and operating conditions. Our application engineers will recommend the appropriate raw material (coconut shell, coal, wood), particle size, iodine value, and surface chemistry for your specific application. We do not offer generic recommendations.
Can SorbiTech support beyond just supplying carbon?
Yes. As an Advanced Chemistry & Purification Systems group, we offer engineering design (process simulation, equipment sizing), equipment production (purification vessels, air dryers, nitrogen generators), and lifecycle services (commissioning, training, field monitoring, regulatory documentation).
